Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
- Vegetable Sauce

Step1Heat oven to 350°F.

Step2Mix all ingredients except Vegetable Sauce. Spread evenly in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Bake uncovered about 1 hour 30 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
