- 2 medium pears, peeled, sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 4 gingersnap cookies, crushed
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 1-quart casserole with cooking spray. Place pears in casserole; sprinkle with lemon juice.
