From our Betty Crocker Snacks cookbook, we borrowed the bubble idea from the Taiwanese tea-based drink which is served with tapioca pearls, or bubbles in it. The bubbles in our yogurt parfaits are fruit snacks that get topped with coconut yogurt, fresh berries and fruity cereal. Adorable to look at and a blast to eat, these parfaits are both gluten free and vegetarian.
Coconut-Berry "Bubble" Parfait

Ingredients
- 2 packets (from 5.4-oz box) Betty Crocker™ Fruit Gushers™ fruit flavored snacks
- 2 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek coconut yogurt
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk or milk
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup Trix™ cereal
Instructions

Step1Pour a packet of fruit snacks in each of 2 parfait, wine or drinking glasses.

Step2In small bowl, mix yogurt and coconut milk. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt mixture into each glass. Layer half of strawberries into each glass. Divide remaining yogurt mixture between glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons cereal.
