Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cinnamon-flavored baking chips

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.

Step2In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, mix oil, milk, egg and vanilla. Pour into flour mixture; stir just until combined. Stir in cinnamon chips. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Step3Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Serve warm, if desired.
