Chili con Queso Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, drained
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded, chopped (2 cups)
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- Salsa, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart casserole or 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle chiles and tomatoes evenly in casserole.

Step2In medium bowl, beat remaining ingredients except salsa with wire whisk until blended. Pour over chiles and tomatoes.

Step3Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with salsa.
