Every dinner tastes better when cheesy garlic bread is on the menu. This flavorful loaf, prepped in just 10 minutes, gets a boost from Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt.
Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- 1 loaf (1 lb) French bread
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, mix butter, garlic, oregano and pepper until thoroughly combined. Stir in cheese.

Step2Cut loaf of bread in half horizontally. Spread butter mixture over bottom half of bread; cover with top half. Wrap loaf tightly in foil.

Step3Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is warmed through. Cut into slices to serve.
