Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 450°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and mustard in medium bowl. Stir in onions and cheese.

Step2Mix buttermilk and oil; stir into flour mixture until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
