- 1/2 cup Yoplait® plain fat free yogurt
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 cup orange juice (about 2 medium oranges)
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Step1Spray nonstick waffle iron with cooking spray; heat waffle iron. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.

Step2For each waffle, pour 1/2 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron; close lid. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
