Broiled Dijon Burgers

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product or 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or horseradish sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 6 whole-grain hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions

Step1Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.

Step2Mix egg product, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and onion. Stir in beef. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.

Step3Broil with tops of patties about 5 inches from heat 6 minutes. Turn, broil until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160°, about 4 to 6 minutes longer. Serve patties in buns.
