Ingredients
Bread
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 egg
- 3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Orange Glaze
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice

Step1Measure carefully, placing all bread ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Step2Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.

Step3In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth and spreadable. Spoon glaze over cooled loaf.
