Perfect atop brats and hotdogs, our homemade Apple Relish features the sweet tartness of apples and cranberries.
Apple Relish

Ingredients
- 1 large red cooking apple, chopped
- 1 large tart green apple, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Step1In 2-quart saucepan, stir together all ingredients. Heat to boiling over high heat; reduce heat to low. Cook 4 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is just tender.

Step2Spoon relish into heatproof container; cool to room temperature. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Serve relish chilled or at room temperature.
