- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, diced (1 1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 (10-oz) ovenproof ramekins with cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, mix all Topping ingredients except butter. With fork, mix in melted butter until crumbly; reserve.

Step3In another medium bowl, mix Filling ingredients. Divide filling evenly between ramekins. Top each with half of the topping, mounding the topping (it will settle during baking).

Step4Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is brown. Serve warm.
