10-Minute Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients
Peanut Dressing
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Coleslaw
- 1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 small jicama (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup peanuts

Step1In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.

Step2In large bowl, toss coleslaw mix, orange segments and jicama. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle with peanuts.
