First you’ll need a larger cooking surface to pour your masterpieces. I prefer an electric griddle, but a griddle pan works just as well.
After you’ve mixed your pancake batter, you’ll want to pour it into a basic plastic squeezable condiment bottle. This will allow you to draw any shape you desire. These can be found inexpensively at the grocery store. Remember to cut approximately a quarter-inch off the tip to allow for an easier pancake batter flow.
Finally, once you’ve squeezed your pancake shape onto the griddle, you’ll need a large pancake spatula in order to flip it without any breakage.
Having the right tools makes all the difference in creating your own masterful piece of pancake art.
