How to Make a Minion Party Hat

This three-step party craft is so easy, kids will be able to make their own at the party!

Kids love dressing up in costumes at birthday parties, so I thought it would be fun to make construction hats for our guests to wear. This three-step craft is so simple, kids can even make their own at the party!

What you’ll need:

  • Construction hat
  • Black ribbon
  • Gray cardstock
  • Googly eyes
  • Hot glue gun and glue
  • Scissors

How to:

1. Cut your ribbon to fit around the hat and hot glue into place.

2. Trace a circle a little larger than your googly eyes and then cut out. Add a little hot glue to the center of your gray circle and firmly press on your googly eye(s).

3. Add a large amount of hot glue to the back of your eyes and firmly press onto the hat. Remember some Minions only have one eye! You are now ready to party!
