I love Chicken Parmesan, but it can take so long to make. Pounding the chicken into cutlets. Breading and frying the cutlets. Layering up the sauce and cheese. It’s quite the process! And while this delicious meal is one of my family’s favorite meals, I don’t always have an abundance of time to make it.
So, I created a recipe that captures all of the flavors I love in Chicken Parmesan, but that takes far less effort and time. The funny thing is, when I served this to my family, they told me that they preferred this version to the one that takes me hours to make! And just like that, this dish became one of my favorites in my quick-dinner repertoire.
Start with four chicken breasts that have been cut into one-inch cubes. Coat with marinara sauce.
