This Beef Enchilada Dip might be the easiest hot dip I’ve ever put together. It’s based on beef enchiladas, but it’s way easier to make! No need to mess with different steps — this yummy dip is truly fuss-free. Here’s how to make it!

To get started, you’ll need: ground beef, an onion, enchilada sauce, chopped green chiles, cheese and salt and pepper. It’s that easy.

Over a medium/high heat, brown beef and onions in a large skillet, about 5-7 minutes or until beef is fully cooked with no pink. Reduce heat to medium/low, and pour in Old El Paso™ enchilada sauce. Stir and simmer for 1 minute.

Next stir in Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles.

Add 1 cup of shredded cheese to the skillet and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.

Place beef mixture into an oven-safe dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
