- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked deli turkey or chicken
- 4 slices (1 oz each) mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Step1Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. In 12-inch skillet, place 4 bread slices, buttered sides down; top with turkey and cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides up.
