Our granola bars pack all the goodness of old fashioned oats, raisins, applesauce and honey into an on-the-go treat.
Cinnamon-Raisin Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, stir together oats, raisins, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon and salt. In small bowl, beat egg, applesauce, honey and vanilla with whisk until well combined.

Step3Pour applesauce mixture into oat mixture; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into baking dish.

Step4Bake 20 minutes for soft granola bars; bake 30 minutes for firmer granola bars. Cool in dish 5 minutes. For bars, cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Cool completely in dish, about 30 minutes.
