Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray, or line with cooking parchment paper.

Step2In large bowl, mix blondie bar ingredients. Batter will be very thick. Spread evenly in pan.

Step3In small bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on top of batter in pan. Use knife to swirl some into batter.

Step4Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is dry. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Step5In medium bowl, beat cream cheese frosting ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed, using enough milk to make a thick and fluffy frosting. Spread on top of blondies. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
