Top Ten Tips for Using Your Thanksgiving Leftovers

Better the second time around - these tips and recipes make great use of your turkey the second day and the third day, too.

1. Sprinkle on fresh herbs. Sprinkle the tops of casseroles, like the Turkey Tetrazzini, with 1 tablespoon fresh parsely or other herb, such as sage.

2. Use Bisquick® mix as a time-saver. An easy biscuit topping made with Bisquick® mix tops family-friendly pot pies, like the Turkey-Biscuit Pot Pie.

3. Layer the flavors. An easy way to layer flavors is to use poultry seasoning, which is a blend of sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary and nutmeg. It really brings out the flavor in our Homemade Turkey Soup.
