  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 can (12-ounce size) frozen tangerine or orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 can (12-ounce size) frozen grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) sparkling water, chilled
