Peppermint-Rainbow Chip Frosted Brownies

- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
- Water, oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Rainbow Chip Frosting
- 1/4 teaspoon mint or peppermint extract
- 1 to 2 drops green food color
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make brownies as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Step2In small bowl, stir together frosting, extract and food color until smooth.

Step3Spread frosting evenly over brownies. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store tightly covered.
