Crust
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ flour
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 package (2.1 oz) precooked bacon, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Praline Frosting
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Step1Heat oven to 325°F. In medium bowl, stir together flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Beat in 1 cup butter with electric mixer on medium speed until blended; stir in bacon. Press in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Step2In 1-quart saucepan, heat whipping cream, 1/3 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Using whisk, stir in powdered sugar and the vanilla until smooth.

Step3Spread praline frosting over cooled crust; sprinkle with pecans. Let stand 30 to 45 minutes until frosting is set but not firm. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
