Orange Papaya Cooler

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced, or 1 peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 30 small or 10 large ice cubes (about 1 cup small)
- 1/4 cup sugar, if desired
