- 3/4 cup Lucky Charms™ cereal
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup fat free (skim) milk
- 1/2 banana, sliced

Step1In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping blender once to scrape sides.
