Italian Sausages Marinara

Ingredients
- 2 uncooked Italian sausage links (4 to 5 oz each)
- 1 cup refrigerated marinara sauce (from 15-oz container)
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sausages; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.

Step2Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink in center.

Step3Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook just until cheese is melted.
