Beefy Greek Pita Folds

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 small onion, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 1 cup Yoplait® All Natural Fat Free plain yogurt (from 32 oz. container)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 4 soft Greek-style pita breads (6 or 7-inch), heated
Instructions

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in olives.

Step2Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together cucumber, tomato, yogurt, dill and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Step3On each of 4 individual serving plates, Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture on half of each pita. Top each with yogurt mixture; fold other half of pita over filling. Serve with remaining yogurt mixture.
