Ginger & Mint Dip with Fruit

Ingredients
Dip
- 1 1/4 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Fruit Skewers
- 12 bamboo skewers (6 inch)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups melon cubes (cantaloupe and/or honeydew)
Instructions

Step1In small bowl, mix dip ingredients with wire whisk until smooth. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes to blend flavors.

Step2On each skewer, alternately thread 3 raspberries and 2 melon cubes. Serve with dip.
