- 12 unpeeled hard-cooked eggs
- 6 cups hot water
- 1 bottle (0.3 oz) yellow liquid food color
- 1/2 bottle (0.3 oz-size) blue liquid food color
- 1/2 bottle (0.3 oz-size) green liquid food color
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper blend
Instructions

Step1Gently tap each egg on countertop until shell is finely crackled. In large bowl, stir together hot water, food colors and vinegar. Add eggs; let stand 1 hour.

Step2Remove eggs from water and drain on paper towels. Peel eggs to reveal pattern on whites. Cut eggs lengthwise in half; slip out yolks into medium bowl. Mash yolks. Add potatoes (dry), mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, salt and seasoned pepper blend; mix well.

Step3Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves. Gently press 2 halves together. Repeat with remaining halves. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
