Chili-Lime Grilled Pork Chops

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Pork
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (1 lb)

Step1Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.

Step2Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients. Brush mixture evenly on both sides of each pork chop.

Step3When grill is heated, place pork chops on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. If desired, sprinkle pork with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
