- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 (3-oz.) pkg. chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion or 2 teaspoons instant chopped onion
- 1 (2.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Step1In large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles, seasoning packets, chicken, peas and carrots and onion; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
