Ingredients
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms of 12 regular-size muffin cups.

Step2Beat milk, oil and egg in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

Step3Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly. Remove from pan. Serve warm.
