Cheddar and Green Onion Biscuit Poppers

- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 450°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, cheese and onions until soft dough forms.

Step2Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Step3Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Brush butter over warm biscuits. Serve with salsa if desired.
