Brownie Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

Brownies
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
Peanut Butter Frosting
- 3/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Step2Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted near edge comes out almost clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Step3In small bowl, mix frosting and peanut butter until smooth and spreadable. Spread 1 generous tablespoon frosting onto top of each brownie cupcake. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
