Mango and pineapple add a tropical flavor to these refreshing smoothies. Great for breakfast or an any-time snack!

Broccoli Power Punch Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic strawberries
  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Step

    Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.
  • Step

    In blender, place 1/3 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
