- 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons bourbon, if desired
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, melted, cooled

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.

Step2In large bowl, beat sugar, corn syrup, flour, bourbon, butter, vanilla and eggs with wire whisk. Stir in pecans and melted chocolate. Pour into crust-lined pie plate.

Step3Bake 48 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 2 hours.
