Baked Chocolate Doughnuts with Peanut Butter Glaze

Ingredients
Doughnuts
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, mix all doughnut ingredients with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.

Step3Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.

Step4Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, 1 tablespoon milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla with whisk until smooth.

Step5Spread glaze over tops of doughnuts; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve warm.
