- 1 box (13.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Streusel Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Step1Heat oven to 425°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.

Step2In medium bowl, stir Muffin Mix, milk, oil, eggs, apricots, raisins and 1 teaspoon of the orange peel just until blended. Divide batter among muffin cups (each about two-thirds full). In small bowl, stir together Streusel and remaining 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel; sprinkle over batter.

Step3Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
