Apple-Noodle Kugel

Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked yolk-free wide egg noodles
- 1 large tart apple, thinly sliced (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup raisins or other chopped dried fruit
- 1 carton (8 oz) fat-free egg product (1 cup)
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon noodles in pan. Top with apple and raisins.

Step2In blender or food processor, place all remaining ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until blended. Pour over noodles in pan.

Step3Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until light brown and center is set.
