- 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1/12 cooled slice angel food cake, torn into pieces (from 12-inch cake)
- Fat-free whipped topping, thawed, if desired
- Fresh berries, if desired
- Reduced-calorie chocolate-flavor syrup, if desired

Step1In blender, place yogurt and milk. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add cake pieces; cover and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides if necessary.
