To make these pretty little cookie cups, you'll need a bag of Betty Crocker cookie mix, a half-stick of butter and one egg. Mix it all together into a crumbly dough, then roll the dough into small balls.
Place the balls into mini muffin tin and bake them in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 10-11 minutes. The dough will puff slightly.
Remove the cookies from the oven and use the edge of a wooden rolling pin or spoon to press down the center of each cookie so it forms a little cup.
Allow the cookies to cool completely before you remove them from your mini muffin tin.
With your cookie cups baked, you're half-way there! In a small bowl, microwave some dark chocolate chips and heavy cream together until melted. Stir together until smooth.
Then spoon the chocolate ganache into each cookie cup.
Top each cookie cup with chocolate shavings, serve and enjoy!
